Whereupon the Court met pursuant to the
adjournment of yesterday his Honor James

Whereupon the Grand Jury came into open
Court and rendered the following Indictment

And now the hearing of this
cause is resumed and the Jury who had
been duly sworn on yesterday to wit: J.D.
Matheson, McK F. McCook M.S. Cheves, G.W. Watts
A.J. Collins, W.W. Scott came into court, and
thereafter after hearing the Evidence the argument
of Counsel and the Charge of the Court
retired to consider of their verdict -
Whereupon it is agreed to by Counsel for the
Plaintiff and Defendants that the Court
should order the Jury aforesaid to bring
in a sealed verdict on
Whereupon the Court adjourned until tomor-
row morning at nine oclock
