And now the hearing of this
Cause is resumed the Prisoner being in open
Court as Likewise the states attorney and the
attorneys for the Defendant as also the Jury
who had been duly sworn and empanelled
on yesterday to wit T.A. Carroll, Burrel Wiggins
J.R. Faircloth S.L. Blanton D.J. Dinkins and
Daniel Chesser and the Jury aforesaid after
hearing the balance of the evidence the argument
of Counsel and the charge of the Court retired
to consider of their verdict and thereafter
on the Same day returned into open
Court and rendered the following
verdict to wit: We the Jurors find the
prisoners Guilty J.R. Faircloth
