And now this Cause Came
on to be heard W.H. Wigg State attorney prosecu-
ting in the name and by the authority of the
State of Florida and the prisoner appearing
in his own proper person as well as by his
attorney F.E. Hughes and now the prisoner being
demanded how he would acquit himself of
the Charge against him Saith that he is
guilty as the Indictment alleged against him
Whereupon
the Court Sentence the Prisoner Henry
Warren to pay a fine of ten dollars and the
Cost of Court and to Stand Committed until said
Fine and Costs are paid
