And now this Cause Came on to
be heard William H. Wigg State attorney prosecuting
in the name and by the authority of the State of Florida
And the prisoner appearing in his in proper person
was demanded how he would acquit himself of the
Charge against him, saith that he is guilty
Whereupon
the Court Sentenced the prisoner to pay a
Fine of Five dollars and the Costs of the Court
