                   And now on motion of
the Defendants attorneys the motion for a 
new Trial was withdrawn -

Loyd Williams    }
                   And now the prisoner
Loyd Williams being in open Court for
Sentence was demanded if he had anything
to say why Sentence should not be passed
on him saith nothing, Whereupon the Court
Sentenced the prisoner Loyd Williams to
Confinement in the State prison at hard
labor without solitary confinement for
the term of this life -
