                     and now this Case came
on to be heard and having been submitted
to Court and now the Court being advised of its
opinion ordered that the assignment of Errors
be sustained and that the Cause be reviewed
to the Justice Court from which it came for a
new trial

Whereupon it is ordered by the Court that all
causes not other wise disposed of be Con-
tinued generally

Whereupon the Court adjourned Sine die
