       Spring Term A.D. 1887
           Wednesday May 4th A.D. 1887
       day returned into open Court and rendered
       the following verdict to wit: We the Jury find
       for the Plaintiffs and assess their damages at
       Two hundred and fifty four 54/100 ($254 54/100)
       dollars so say we all         L.L. Hill
       May 4th 1887  }                   foreman
       Whereupon it is ordered Considered and ad-
       judged by the Court that the Plaintiffs
       do have and recover of and from the Defendant
       the Sum of Two hundred and fifty four 54/100
      ($254 54) Dollars for their damages together
       with their Costs in this behalf expended taxed
       at Twenty --- Dollars and Forty Nine Cents

       Cause came on to be heard and the defendant
       saying nothing whereupon a Jury was called
       and there came H.C. Atwater, R.C. Martin
       Wiley Hines, J.R. Adkins W.H. Strowman,
----   John Vaughn who were duly Sworn and empan-
Ex iss elled to assess the damages herein and thereafter
       after hearing the evidence rendered the fol-
       lowing verdict to wit: We the Jury find for the
       Plaintiff and assess his damages at One hundred
       and Twenty five 90/100 ($125 90/100) Dollars
       May 4th 1887 }         H.C. Atwater
                                    Foreman
       Whereupon it is ordered Considered and adjudged
       by the Court that the Plaintiff do have and
       recover of and from the Defendant the Sum
       of One hundred and Twenty Five 90/100 ($125 90/100)
       Dollars for his damages together with his Costs
       in this behalf expended taxed at Twenty --
       Dollars and Forty Nine Cents.
