day returned into open Court and rendered
the following verdict to wit: We the Jury find
for the Plaintiffs and assess their damages at
Two hundred and fifty four 54/100 ($254 54/100)
dollars so say we all L.L. Hill

Whereupon it is ordered Considered and ad-
judged by the Court that the Plaintiffs
do have and recover of and from the Defendant
the Sum of Two hundred and fifty four 54/100
($254 54) Dollars for their damages together
with their Costs in this behalf expended taxed
at Twenty --- Dollars and Forty Nine Cents

Ex iss elled to assess the damages herein and thereafter
after hearing the evidence rendered the fol-
lowing verdict to wit: We the Jury find for the
Plaintiff and assess his damages at One hundred
and Twenty five 90/100 ($125 90/100) Dollars

Whereupon it is ordered Considered and adjudged
by the Court that the Plaintiff do have and
