Spring Term A.D. 1887
Wednesday May 4th 1887
J.R. Adkins W.H. Stroman John Vaughn who
were duly Sworn and empanelled to assess the
damages herein and thereafter after hearing the
evidence rendered the following verdict to wit:-
We the Jury find for the Plaintiff and assess
his damages at Twenty five dollars so say
we all H.C. Atwater
May 4th 1887 } Foreman
Whereupon it is ordered Considered and adjudged
by the Court that the Plaintiff do have and
recover of and from the Defendant the
Sum of Twenty five dollars for his damages
together with his Costs in this behalf
expended taxed at Nine ------- Dollars
and Twenty Seven Cents

And now on motion
of the appellee the appeal in this Cause
is dismissed and the Cause remanded

The Court met this day pursuant to ad-
journment His Honor Thos F. King Judge
presiding.
Whereupon the Court issued the following order
to wit:
It appearing that there will be a second
week of this term of the Court it is ordered
that Eighteen Jurors be drawn as required
by law from the list of 300 to Serve as pettit
Jurors for said second week -
