Sheriff and J.A. Carlisle Clerk of the Circuit Court
in open Court as by the Court directed did in
open Court draw from the Box Containing the
the names of the Three hundred the following
Eighteen persons to serve as Petit Jurors for the 2nd
Week of this term to wit:

Whereupon the Court adjourned until Monday

Whereupon
J.A. Carlisle the Clerk of the Circuit
Court having issued the Venire Facias for
the Petit Jury for this the second week of this
term now comes Samuel H. Wienges and makes
return of the Same as having been duly
executed by Summoning 1 L. Klein - Dote Weeks
J.I. Holbrook, J.L. Spears, B.E. Moore, Reuben May
J.S. Dupuis Frank Hollis, W.H. Hagan, W.J. Beckham
and J.R. Grismon and that J.S. Kirk T.B. Knight
W.K. Hanson J.B. Braswell, H.C. Bell H.S. Rivers
are not to be found in the County
Whereupon the
Court for good Cause shown excused
