      heard W.H. Wigg State atty prosecuting in the
      name and by the authority of the State of Florida
      and the Prisoner appearing in open Court in his
      own proper person and now the prisoner being dem-
      anded how he would be tried Saith that he is guilty
      as the Indictment alleges -
                          Whereupon the Court Sentenced
      the Prisoner Peter Green to pay a fine of ten
      dollars together with the Costs of the Court and
      to stand Committed until the same is paid
