Spring Term A.D. 1887
      Monday May 9th 187
to assess the damages - And now the Clerk
having assessed the plaintiffs damages at
Seven hundred and Four 28/100 ($70428) Dollars
Whereupon it is ordered Considered and adjudged
by by the Court that the Plaintiff do have and
recover of and from the defendant the Sum of
Seven Hundred and four 28/100 ($704 28) Dollars for his
damages together with his Costs in this behalf
expended taxed at Five 92/100 Dollars -

Whereupon the Court adjourned until
tomorrow morning at half past Eight O'
Clock

Spring Term  A.D. 1887
   Tuesday May 10th 1887
The Court met this day pursuant to 
adjournment of yesterday his Honor Thos
F. King Judge presiding

Whereupon the Court issued the following order
to wit
     Whereas it appearing to the Court that there
has been no regular Petit Jury drawn for this
the second week of this term by reason of no
list of Three hundred selected Jurors has been made
by law, It is ordered that the Clerk do issue
a Special Venire facias directed to the Sheriff
of Alachua County Commanding him to Summon
from the bystanders or the body of the County
Eighteen good and lawful men to Serve as 
Petit Jurors for this the 2nd week of this the
Spring Term of Our Circuit Court A.D. 1887
Said Venire to be returnable instanter
May 10th 1887               Thos F. King

Whereupon
        J.A. Carlisle the Clerk of this Court
having issued the Special Venre Facias
as by the Court directed now comes Samuel
H. Wienges Sheriff of Alachua County and 
returns the said Special Venire Facias as
having been executed by Summoning J.L. Spears
2 W.H. Hagan 3 Dote Weeks 4 J.M. Endel 5 R.E. Wright
