       Spring Term A.D. 1887
              Tuesday May 10th 1887
       State of Florida         }   Wigg
# 46          vs                } Resisting officer by doing
       Stave Williams otherwise } violence to his person
       known as Joe Peterson    }
                                 And now this Cause comes on
       to be heard W.H. Wigg state attorney prosecuting in
       the name and by the authority of the State of Florida
       And the prisoner appearing in open Court in his own
       proper person as and being forthwith demanded
       how he would acquit himself of the Charge
       against him saith that he is guilty as the
       Indictment alleges against him
       Whereupon
              The Court sentenced the prisoner Steve
       Williams to Confinement in the Count Jail
       for the space of One day -

       State of Florida }
# 48           vs       }
       Lewis Bill       }  And now this Cause is Continued

       State of Florida          }
               vs                }
       Samuel B. Smith otherwise }
       known as S.B. Smith       }
                                  And now the Defendant
       was called and failed to answer Whereupon Comes
       William H. Wigg States attorney and move the
       Court for the Bond of the Defendant Samuel
       B. Smith to be estreated, which motion the
       Court overruled and did not grant to which
       ruling and decision of the Court the State of
       Florida by William H. Wigg States attorney did
       then and there except

       State of Florida }  Wigg
               vs       }  Larceny
       William Colman   }  And now this Cause comes
       on to be heard William H. Wigg State attorney
       prosecuting in the name and by the authority of
       the State of Florida and the prisoner appearing
       in his own proper person in open Court and now
       the prisoner being forthwith demanded how he
       would acquit himself of the Charge against
       him saith that he is guilty as the Indictment
