The Court met pursuant to adjournment
of Saturday his Honor James B. Dawkins
Judge presiding
Whereupon the Sheriff having returned the
Venire Facias for the Petit Jury of this the
second week of this term of the Court
as having been duly executed by sum-
moning W.B. Sadler S.C. Sadler C.T. Collins
W.W. Mott H.C. Winecoff Z.T. Taylor W. Lassiter
J.T. Weeks B.P.H. Dudley Jr. Marcus Endel
O.S. Acee and J.J. Barr
Whereupon the Court excused O.S. Acee from
further attendance upon the Court
Whereupon the Court excused J.J. Barr
from attendance for one Day
Whereupon the Court issued the follow-
ing order to wit

The State } Alachua County
vs }
H.R. Smith } It appearing to the Court
that there is an insufficient number
of Petit Jurors to try this Cause now in
attendance the regular panel having
been exhausted,
It is ordered that Twenty
Jurors be summoned from the bystand-
ders or County at large to serve as Petit Jurors
to try this Cause James B. Dawkins
