Spring Term  AD 1887
       Saturday May 14th 1887
It appearing to the Court that there is a necessity for a petit Jury
for the 3rd week of this the Spring Term of this Court. It is
therefore ordered that the Clerk of this Court do forthwith
issue a Special Venire Facias directed to the Sheriff of
Alachua County Commanding him to summon Eighteen good
and lawful men to Serve as Petit Jurors for the 3rd week of
this term the said Eighteen good and lawful men to
be summoned from the Bystanders or the Body of the County
Said Special Venire Facias to be returnable on Monday May
16th AD 1887 at the hour of 12 oclock M' of said day -

And now Comes the Defendants and in open
Court applied for and entered their Notice of
Appeal herein to wit:

Whereupon the Court adjourned until Monday

The Court met this day pursuant to ad-
journment of Saturday his Honor Thos F. King
Judge presiding

Whereupon J.A. Carlisle the Clerk of this Court
having issued the Special Venire Facias for
the Pettit Jury for the 3rd week of this term
now Comes Samuel H. Wienges Sheriff of
Alachua County and returns said Special
Venire Facias as having been executed
by summoning Jos H. Avera, Sr. F.P. Whittenburg
