       came on to be heard and the arties Plaintiff
       and defendants appearing by their respective attys
       and now this issues being joined a Jury was Called
       and there came J.L. Patton, Thos McCreadie W.M. Bradford
       G.T. Errisckson W.H. Davis Jno L. Crawford who were
       duly Sworn and empanelled to well and truly try
       the issues joined and thereafter gearing the evidence
       Whereupon comes the plaintiff by his attorney
       and in open Court Submits to and asks the
       Court to grant him a non suit in this Cause

       Whereupon the Court adjourned until
       Thursday next at half past Two P.M.
