       The Court met this day pursuant to
       adjournment of Tuesday last his Honor
       Thos F. King Judge presiding

                                 }  Finley & Cooper & Cooper
                                  And now comes the
       Plaintiffs in this Cause and moves the Court
       for a Continuance of tis Cause for the term
       and the Same having been presented to the
       Court on the affidavit of the Plaintiff
       herein and Said motion having been presented
       to the Court and now the Court being advised
       of its opinion doth decide that said motion
       for a Continuance Shall be over ruled and that
       the Same shall not be granted - to which
       opinion and decision of the Court the Plain-
       tiff by his attorney in open Court then and
       there excepted

                         }  And now on motion of
       the Defendant herein this Cause is Dismissed
       for want of prosecution
