                                And now on this
day this Cause Came on to be heard and
the parties Plaintiff and Defendants appearing
in open Court by their respective attorneys
and now the issues being joined a Jury
was called and there came G.K. Broome
J.D. George, J.M. Endel, J.J. Tillis, W.D. Seigler
P.I. Wilson who were duly Sworn and empanelled
to well and truly try the issues joined and
thereafter after hearing a part of the evidence -

Whereupon the Court adjourned until tomorrow
morning at nine oclock
