resumed Whereupon the Jury aforesaid after
hearing the balance of the evidence
Whereupon the Court adjourned until tomorrow
morning at nine oclock

Court as also the Jury who had been duly
Sworn and empanelled herein on May 23rd A.D. 1887
to wit: G.K. Broome, J.D. George J.M. Endel, J.J. Tillis
W.D. Seigler P.F. Wilson and the Jury aforesaid
after hearing the argument of Counsel, and the
Charge of the Court retired to consider of their
Verdict and thereafter on the Same day returned
into open Court and rendered the following
Verdict to wit: We the Jury find the Defendant
