Cause came on to be heard and the Parties
plaintiff and Defendant being in open
Court by their respective attorneys and now
the issues being Joined was called
and there came G.K. Broome, J.D. George
J.M. Endel - J.J. Tillis, W.D. Seigler P.F. Wilson
who were duly Sworn and empanelled to well
and truly try the issues joined and thereafter
after hearing the evidence the argument of
Counsel and the Charge of the Court ren-
dered the following verdict to wit: We the Jury
find the Defendant not guilty
