Fall Term A.D. 1887
Tuesday December 6th 1887 -
Confesso has been entered and the cause is pro-
ceding Ex parte they shall be referred to a Master
to examine the witnesses that may be produced by
the plaintiff

Whenever a case is Submitted to the Judge sitting
at Chambers either at Common Law or Chancery
for interlocutory orders or for final Judgment or
decrees the Clerk of the Court shall before sending
out the papers either upon a Slip of paper which
he shall send with the papers in the Case all
the Steps that have been taken in the case from
the filing of the original praceipe or bill to
the last order or motion made therein and it
shall be the duty of attorneys of record in the
Case to see that this is done otherwise the
papers in the Case will be returned without
action -
Whereupon the Clerk of this Court having
issued the Special Venire Facias for the
Grand Jury for this the Fall Term of our
Circuit Court as by the Court directed now
Comes Samuel H. Wienges Sheriff of Alachua
County and makes return of said writ as
having been duly executed by Summoning

Whereupon
The grand Jurors aforesaid under the
direction of the Court retired to select a
Foreman
And now the Grand Jury came into open Court
and announced to the Court that they had
selected John B. Martin as their Foreman
Whereupon
The following named Eighteen good and
lawful men were duly Sworn and empanelled
as Grand Jurors for this the Fall Term of our
Circuit Court A.D. 1887, to wit:: John B. Martin
Foreman, G.Y. Thigpen, O.B. Bailey, W.H. Tharp
