The Court met this day pursuant to adjourn-
ment of yesterday His Honor J.J. Finley Judge
presiding =

on motion of the Plaintiffs =

Florida So Ry Co } And now this Cause
Came on for a hearing on the Demurrer to the
Amended Pleas, and now the Court after hearing
Argument herein being advised of its opinion
doth order and adjudge that the said Demurrer
shall be sustained to said amended pleas to
which ruling and decision the Defendants herein
doth except - It is also ordered and adjudged
by the Court herein that the Defendants be
allowed to file herein their amended pleas on
and by the 15th day of December AD 1887 -
Whereupon
The Court promulgated the following
Rule and order
It is ordered that at the opening
of the Court each morning during the term the Clerk
shall call the roll of all Jurors and witnesses who
are payable by the State and note the absentees,
who will not be allowed the per diem for the day
they fail to answer to the Roll Call unless they
render an excuse which shall be satisfactory to the
Court - It is further ordered that the Clerk do make
the proper deductions of the per diem from the pay
roll in all such cases -
