Fall Term  A.D. 1887
     Wednesday December 7th 1887 -
day this Cause came on to be heard and the parties plaintiffs
and defendant appearing in open Court by their res-
pective attorneys and now the issues being joined a
Jury was called and there came, Thos Johnson
C.H. Crisman  Frank B. Dell, L.K. Rawlins, Saml
Harvill, and M. Giddings who were duly Sworn and
empanelled to well and truly try the issues joined
and thereafter after hearing the evidence the
argument of Counsel and the Charge of the Court
retired to consider of their verdict and thereafter
on the same day returned into open Court and
rendered the following verdict to wit:
Wellhouse & Sons }
       vs        }  
W.F. Rice        } We the Jury find for the Plaintiffs
and assess their damages at Two hundred and
Twenty four 46/100 ($224\46) Dollars
Dec 7th 1887 }                 M. Giddings
                                    Foreman
Whereupon it is ordered Considered and adjudged
by the Court that the Plaintiffs do have and
recover of and from the Defendant the Sum
of Two hundred and Twenty Four 46/100 ($224\24)
Dollars for their damages together with their
Costs in this behalf expended taxed at Eight
82/100 ($882) Dollars and the Defendant in mercy &c -

For and in consideration of the full payment of the principal
Interest and costs due on this Judgment we do hereby
cancel the same this 25th day of May 1888

day this Cause came on to be heard and the
partners plaintiff and Defendant being in open
by their respective attorneys and now Comes the
Attorneys for the defendant herein by leave of the
Court withdraws their pleas filed herein and
Consent to Judgment herein and the Clerk is
ordered to assess the damages herein
Whereupon the Clerk having assessed the damages
at Two hundred and Forty 70/100 Dollars -
It is therefore ordered Considered and adjudged
by the Court that the Plaintiffs do have and
