who had been duly sworn in this Cause on
yesterday being now in Court and the
hearing of this Cause being resumed and
thereafter after hearing the balance of the
argument of Counsel and the Charge of the
Court retired to consider of their verdict
and thereafter on the same day returned into
open Court and rendered the following
