The Court met this day pursuant to adjournment

Sheriff of Alachua County } And now the Court
being advised of its opinion on the Motion to
                               on Dec 5th 1887 
Strike the Defendants Demur filed herein^doth
decide and order and adjudge that said motion
shall be granted to which ruling and order of
the Court the Defendant by his Counsel did then
and there except - It is also further ordered
that the Defendant be allowed until Dec 12th 1887
to file his pleas herein -

Whereupon Came W.H. Wigg States attorney and
by leave of the Court filed the following In-
formation of

                    And now this Cause Came
on to be heard William H. Wigg State attorney
prosecuting in the name and by the au-
thority of the State of Florida and the prisoner
appearing in open Court in his own proper
person and now the Prisoner being forth-
with demanded how he would acquit him-
self of the Charge against him saith that
he is guilty as the Information Alleges-
