upon him saith nothing whereupon the Court
Sentenced the Prisoner George Wright to pay a fine
of Twenty Five Dollars together with the costs
of this Court and that he stand Committed until
the said Fine and Costs are paid
Whereupon the Grand Jury Came into open Court
and rendered the following Indictment of
