be refused - To which ruling therein the Court
doth dissolve the attachment the Plaintiffs by
their attorneys doth excepted and to the ruling
herein when the Court doth order that the motion
to Dismiss this Cause the Defendants by their
attorneys doth except - The Plaintiffs by
their attorneys came into Court and move the
Court for leave to amend their affidavit
to which motion the Defendants object
and the motion passed by the Court for the
present -
Whereupon the Grand Jury came into open Court
and rendered the following Indictment of the
