Fall Term   A.D. 1887
       Friday December 9th 1887
parties plaintiff and Defendants being now in
open Court by their respective attorneys and now
the issues being joined a Jury was called and
there came Thos Johnson, C.H. Crisman - Frank B. Dell
Saml Harville M. Giddings Millard Cason who were
duly Sworn and empanelled to well and truly try the
issues joined and thereafter after hearing the evidence
the argument of Counsel and the Charge of the Court
retired to consider of their verdict and thereafter on
the same day returned into open Court and rendered
the following verdict to wit: We the Jury find Verdict
in favor of defendant     F.B. Dell 
                              Foreman
Whereupon it is ordered Considered and adjudged
by the Court that the Defendants do have and
recover of and from the Plaintiffs the sum of
                 Dollars and              cents
for their costs in this behalf expended -

Whereupon the Grand Jury came into open
Court and rendered No Bills in

                   And now this Cause came on
to be heard and the parties plaintiff and defendant
being in open Court by their respective attorneys
and now the issues being joined a Jury was called
and there came L.K. Rawlins, J.C. Grasser E.A.
Adkins, H.J. Bailey L.L. Hill, W.H. Thompson who
were duly Sworn and empanelled to well and truly
try the issue joined and thereafter after hearing
a part of the Evidence and now Comes the
