day this Cause came on to be heard and the parties
plaintiffs and Defendants being now in open
Court with their respective attorneys and now the
issues being joined a Jury was called and then
came Thos E. Johnson, C.H. Crisman, J.C. Grosser
Millard Cason, E.A. Adkins, Lawrence Davis and
thereafter after hearing the evidence the argument
of Counsel and the Charge of the Court retired
to consider of their verdict and thereafter on the
same day returned into open Court and
rendered the following verdict to wit: We the Jury
find a verdict for the Plaintiff for the sum of
$ 25000) two Hundred and fifty dollars

Whereupon it is ordered Considered and adjudged
by the Court that the Plaintiff do have and recover
of and from the Defendants the sum of Two
hundred and Fifty dollars ($25000) for their damages
together with their Costs in this behalf expended
taxed at Fifty Four -- Dollars and
Sixty Two -- Cents and the Defendants
in mercy &c.
