The Court net this day pursuant to adjournment

Whereupon the Clerk of the Circuit Court
having issued the Venire Facias for the Pettit
Jury for this the 2nd week of our Circuit Court
now comes Samuel H. Wienges Sheriff of Alachua
County and makes return of said Venire as
having been executed by summoning John E. Lambeth
W.S. Land, E.C. McMahon, W.K. Lynn, W.B. Patterson -
Frank X. Miller, M.A. Densler - O.P. Cannon - Philip
Miller, W.H. Bracey, W.M. Knox, T.M. Cauthen
F.P. Hines, D.C. Fink, Leroy N. Pearce, J.E. Haynes -
worth and S.G. Matthews and that Walter C.
Miller is not to be found in the County
Whereupon
the Court for good Cause shown excused

F.P. Hines, W.M. Knox, D.C. Fink, W.H. Bracey
from attendance on the Court
Whereupon the Grand Jury came into open
Court and rendered the following Indictment of
