      The Court net this day pursuant to adjournment
      His Honor J.J. Finley Judge presiding

      Whereupon the Clerk of the Circuit Court
      having issued the Venire Facias for the Pettit
      Jury for this the 2nd week of our Circuit Court
      now comes Samuel H. Wienges Sheriff of Alachua
      County and makes return of said Venire as
      having been executed by summoning John E. Lambeth
      W.S. Land, E.C. McMahon, W.K. Lynn, W.B. Patterson -
      Frank X. Miller, M.A. Densler - O.P. Cannon - Philip
      Miller, W.H. Bracey, W.M. Knox, T.M. Cauthen
      F.P. Hines, D.C. Fink, Leroy N. Pearce, J.E. Haynes -
      worth and S.G. Matthews and that Walter C.
      Miller is not to be found in the County
      Whereupon
              the Court for good Cause shown excused
      John E. Lambeth, E.C. McMahon, W.K. Lynn -
      F.P. Hines, W.M. Knox, D.C. Fink, W.H. Bracey
      from attendance on the Court

      Whereupon the Grand Jury came into open
      Court and rendered the following Indictment of

      Whereupon the Court interrogated the Grand Jury
      if they were Content that the Court should alter
      a matter of form and not a matter of sub-
      stance to which the Grand Jury assented
