prosecuting in the name and by the authority
of the State of Florida and the prisoner ap-
pearing in open Court in his own proper person
and being forthwith demanded how he
would acquit himself of the Charge against
him saith that he is guilty as the Indictment
alleges against him

was demanded if he had any thing to say why
sentence should not be passed upon him
Saith nothing. Whereupon the Court sentenced
the prisoner to pay a fine of Twenty five dollars
and the Costs of the Court
