       Fall Term  AD 1887
        Monday December 12th 1887
       State of Florida }  Wigg
# 33           vs       }  Aggravated Assault
       Wade A. Geiger   }
                        } And now on this day this
       Cause came on to be heard William H. Wigg State
       Attorney prosecuting in the name and by the authority
       of the State of Florida and the prisoner appearing
       in open Court in his own proper person was dem-
       anded how he would acquit himself of the
       Charge against him saith that he is guilty
       as the Indictment alleges against him

       State of Florida }
                vs      }  Sentence
       Wade A. Geiger   }  And now the prisoner being in
       open Court for Sentence was demanded if he
       had any thing to say why sentence should not
       be passed upon him saith nothing Whereupon
       the Court sentenced the prisoner to pay a fine
       of Twenty five dollars together with the Costs
       of the Court

       State of Florida        }
# 39            vs             }  Burning a Fence
       Arthur Wilson otherwise }
       Called George Wilson    } And now this Cause came
       on to be heard William H. Wigg State attorney
       prosecuting in the name and by the authority
       of the State of Florida and the prisoner ap-
       pearing in open Court in his own proper person
       was forthwith demanded how he would acquit
       himself of the Charge against him saith that
       he is not guilty as the Indictment alleges against
       him and for good and evil he puts himself
       upon God and the Country for trial

# 42          vs        }  Breaking and entering a building in
       Sam Ingram       }  the night time with intent to
                        }  Commit a misdemeanor -
                         And now on this day this
       Cause came on to be heard William H. Wigg
       State attorney prosecuting in the name and
       by the authority of the State of Florida and
