Hampton Elms } on and about his person
And now on this day this
Cause came on to be heard William H. Wigg
State attorneys prosecuting in the name and by
the authority of the State of Florida and the
prisoner appearing in open Court in his own
proper person Saith that he does withdraw his
plea of not guilty as pleaded herein on
yesterday and doth say that he is guilty as
the Indictment alleges.

And now this Cause Came
on to be heard William H. Wigg State atty pros-
ecuting in the name and y the authority of the
State of Florida and the prisoner appearing in
open Court in his own proper person and now
being demanded how he would acquit himself
of the Charge against him saith that he is guilty
as the Indictment alleges against him

# 42 vs } Breaking and entering a building in the
Sam Ingram } night time with intent to commit a misdemeanor
} Fildes
And now this Cause Came
on to be heard W.H. Wigg State atty prosecuting
in the name and by the authority of the State of
Florida and the prisoner being in open Court
in his own proper person as well as by C.L. Fildes his
attorney and the prisoner having been arraigned
herein on yesterday and having pleaded not
Guilty herein a Jury was Called and there
Came W.S. Land, W.B. Patterson, Frank X. Miller
M.A. Densler, T.M. Cauthen, J.E. Haynesworth
who were duly Sworn and empanelled to well
and truly try the difference pending and there-
after after hearing the evidence the argument
of Counsel and the Charge of the Court
retired to consider of their Verdict and
thereafter on the Same day returned into open
