together with his costs in this behalf expen-

to well and truly try the issue joined and there-
after hearing a part of the Evidence
Whereupon the Court adjourned until tomorrow
morning at half past nine -

presiding
Whereupon the Court issued the following

It appearing that there is an apparent necessity
to hold Court the Third week for this term
It is therefore ordered that Eighteen names
be Drawn from the list of 300 according
