Tuesday December 13th 1887
Court and rendered the following verdict to wit:
We the Jury find the prisoner Guilty -
T.M. Cauthen Foreman
State of Florida }
vs } Sentence
Sam Ingram } And now the prisoner Sam
Ingram being in open Court
for Sentence was demanded if he had any
thing to say why Sentence should not be passed
upon him saith nothing, Whereupon the Court
sentenced the prisoner to Confinement in the
States Prison at hard labor for the space of One
(1) year.

#51 vs } Having a concealed weapon on
Gripper Jackson } his person
And now this cause came on
to be heard W.H. Wigg State atty prosecuting in the
name and by the authority of the State of Florida
and the prisoner appearing in open Court in his own
proper person was demanded how he would acquit
himself of the Charge against him saith that
he is guilty as the Indictment alleges against him

Gripper Jackson } And now the prisoner being in
open Court for sentence was demanded if he
had any thing to say why sentence should not be
passed upon him saith nothing whereupon the
Court sentenced the prisoner to pay a fine of
Ten dollars and the Costs of this Court and that
he stand committed until said fine and Costs
are paid
Whereupon the Court adjourned until tomorrow
morning at Nine oclock
