       Wash Williams    } and now this cause is nol prosed -

       State of Florida         } Wigg & Taylor
# 39           vs               }  Burning a fence
       Arthur Wilson other-     }  Arnow
       wise called George Wilson}  And now on this day this
       Cause came on to be heard William H. Wigg
       State attorney prosecuting in the name and by
       the authority of the State of Florida and the
       prisoner appearing in open Court in his own
       proper person as well as by Geo J. Arnow his atty
       and the prisoner having been arraigned on the
       12th inst and there came J.E. Haynesworth
       O.P. Cannon, Henry King, O.T. Turner Geo Cellon
       James S. Bailey who were duly Sworn and empan-
       elled to well and truly try the difference pending
       and thereafter after hearing the evidence the
       argument of Counsel and the Charge of the Court
       retired to consider of their verdict and thereafter
       on the same day returned into open Court and
       rendered the following verdict to wit: We
       Gainesville Fla Dec 15/87
       We the Jury find the prisoner Guilty

       Arthur Wilson other-      }
       wise called George Wilson } And now the prisoner being
       in open Court for sentence was demanded
       if he had any thing to say why sentence should
       not be passed upon him saith nothing whereupon
       the Court sentenced the prisoner to Confinement
       in the States Prison at had labor for the space
       of Five (5) years -
