The Court met this day pursuant to
adjournment of yesterday his Honor J.J. Finley

And now the prisoner being
in open Court for sentence was demanded if
he had any thing to say why sentence should
not be passed upon him saith nothing where-
upon the Court Sentenced the prisoner to con-
finement in the County Jail at hard labor for
the space of one month.

George Buddington } and now the prisoner being in
open Court for sentence was demanded if he had
any thing to say why sentence should not be
passed upon him saith nothing whereupon the
Court sentenced the prisoner to confinement in the
County Jail at hard labor for the space of one
month.
