       Fall Term A.D. 1887
           Friday December 16th 1887 -
       Committed until said fine and costs are paid

       Whereupon the Court adjourned until tomorrow
       morning at Nine Oclock

       Fall Term A.D. 1887
          Saturday December 17th 1887
       The Court met this day pursuant to
       adjournment of yesterday his Honor J.J. Finley
       Judge presiding

       State of Florida }
              vs        }  Sentence
       Hampton Elms     }
                          And now the prisoner being
       in open Court for sentence was demanded if
       he had any thing to say why sentence should
       not be passed upon him saith nothing where-
       upon the Court Sentenced the prisoner to con-
       finement in the County Jail at hard labor for
       the space of one month.

       State of Florida  }
               vs        }  Sentence
       George Buddington }  and now the prisoner being in
       open Court for sentence was demanded if he had
       any thing to say why sentence should not be
       passed upon him saith nothing whereupon the
       Court sentenced the prisoner to confinement in the
       County Jail at hard labor for the space of one
       month. 

       State of Florida }
# 38         vs         }
       Lovick Lundy     }  and now the Cause is Continued -

       State of Florida }
# 40         vs         }
       James Debose     }  and now this Cause is Continued by Consent
                           and his bond fixed at Fifty dollars
       to be approved by the Clerk
