       The Court met this day pursuant to adjourn-
       ment of Saturday His Honor J.J. Finley Judge
       presiding

       E.C. Pound          }  
                vs         }  Motion for New Trial
       Florida Railway and }
       Navigation Company  }  And now this Cause
       came on to be heard on a motion for a New
       Trial and thereafter after argument had thereon
       the Court doth decide and adjudge that said
       motion be overruled - and that upon the Plain-
       tiffs entering a Remititer in said Cause it is
       adjudged that said motion shall not be
       granted to which ruling and decision the
       defendant by its attorney then and there excepted -

               vs                  }  for Alachua County Fall Term A.D. 1887
       Florida Railway & Navigation}  Remittiter =
       Company -                   }  And now on this day in
       open Court at the Argument of the motion
       for a New Trial in the above stated Cause
       Comes the Plaintiff E.C. Pound by his attor-
       neys and hereby remits and releases the
       defendant the Florida Railway and Navigation
       Company from all liability to pay the Sum
       of one hundred and Twelve ($11200) dollars
       found by the Jury in their verdict in the above
       Cause for interest money the said Sum of one
       hundred and twelve dollars found by the Jury
       at the trial of said Cause for interest money
       being hereby remitted. In open Court this 19th
       day of December A.D. 1887.
