       W.W. Scott       }  and now this Cause is Continued
       and his Bond fixed at $50.00 to be approved by the Clerk

       Sam Cunningham   }  And now Comes the Defendant
       and withdraws his plea of not guilty pleaded
       herein on December 14th 1887 and says that he
       is Guilty, Whereupon the Court sentenced
       the prisoner Sam Cunningham to pay a fine
       of Twenty five dollars together with the Costs
       of the Court and that he stand committed until
       said fine and costs are paid

       Whereupon the Clerk of the Circuit Court having
       issued the Venire facias as by the Court directed
       now comes Samuel H. Wienges Sheriff of Alachua
       County and returns said Venire as having been
       duly executed by summoning the following named
       Jurors to wit: Jake M. Endel, Chas L. Slaughter
       Elijah Beck  J.H. Cathcart  James Croxton
       W.N. Wilson R.B. Peeler Louis C. Ellis J.A. Rosborough
       Geo H. Rich B.F. Jordan W.H. Cummings and that
       P.F. Jenkins  J.A. Allen  D.H. Kisch  J.W.D. Murry
       Sidney Haile  J.H. Dampier were not to be found
       in the County

       Whereupon the Court for good Cause shown
       excused Jake M. Endel  Elijah Beck  J.H. Cathcart
       W.N. Wilson  J.A. Rosborough  B.F. Jordan  and W.H.
       Cummings from further attendance on the Court
