And now the hearing of this
cause is resumed and the Jury to wit 1 S.C. Sadler
2 Z.T. Taylor 3 J.T. Weeks 4 G.B. Evans 5 M.G. McCarroll
6 L. Moore being now in open Court and there-
after after hearing the balance of the argument
and the Charge of the Court retired to consider
of their verdict and thereafter on the same day
returned into open Court and rendered the
following verdict to wit: We the Jury find for the
Defendant S.C. Sadler
May 7th 1881 Foreman
Whereupon it is ordered considered and adjudged
by the Court that the Defendant do have and
recover of and from the Plaintiff the sum of
Two hundred and Thirty Four Dollars and Twenty nine cents
the amount of the costs in this behalf ex-
pended and the Plaintiff in Mercy &c

vs } Motion for New Trial by Defendants-
M. Endel & Son } Thrasher & Hampton
And now this Cause coming on
to be heard on a motion for a New trial
Whereupon argument by Counsel for Defendants and
Plaintiff were made and thereafter in open
Court said motion for a new trial was re-
fused -
Whereupon the Court adjourned until Monday
