Robert Isaac & J.J. Trapp } And now on this day Comes
William H. Wigg state attorney and in open
Court moves the Court for a Judgment
herein and it appearing to the Court that
the Defendants Robert Isaac and J.J. Trapp
had been duly Served by Scire Facias and
the said Robert Isaac and J.J. Trapp had
failed to appear plead answer or demur herein
It is therefore ordered considered and adjudged
by the Court that a Default Judgment be
entered herein and that the Clerk do assess
the damages, Whereupon the Clerk having assessed
the damages at Two hundred and Fifty dollars
It is ordered considered and adjudged by the 
Court that the Plaintiff do have and recover
of and from the Defendants Robert Isaac
and J.J. Trapp the Sum of Two Hundred
and fifty Dollars for her damages together
with her Costs in this behalf expended
taxed at Nine          Dollars and Sixty Cents

Whereupon the Court adjourned until tomorrow
morning a nine oclock

The Court met this day pursuant to ad-
journment of yesterday His Honor J.J. Finley Judge
presiding

And now comes Samuel H. Wienges Sheriff of
Alachua County and returns the Special
Venire Facias issued as by the Court directed
as having been duly executed by summoning from
the Body of the County at Large the following
