        State of Florida }
# 30 -          vs       }  Sentence
        George Wright    }  and now the sentence passed
                          herein on the 8th inst is Set aside
        and the prisoner is sentenced to confinement in the
        County Jail at hard labor for the space of 17 - days -

        State of Florida }
# 51            vs       }  Sentence
        Gripper Jackson  }  and now the sentence passed
                          herein on the 13th inst is set aside
        and the prisoner is Sentenced to Confinement in the
        County Jail at hard labor for the space of 21- days -

        Whereupon the Court adjourned until tomorrow
        morning at Nine oclock

        The Court met this day pursuant to adjournment of
        yesterday His Honor J.J. Finley Judge presiding

        Peter Gardner  }  and now comes J.B. Brown by
        his atty and moves he Court to dismiss the
        appeal herein from the County Court - and
        the Court being advised of its opinion after
        argument had doth decide that said appeal
        be dismissed and doth order and adjudge
        that the said County Court do issue execution
        therein -

               vs        }  Breach of the Peace
        Abe Sanders      }  and now the Court after ar-
        gument herein doth decide that the motion
        be overruled -

               vs        }  Larceny
        L.B. Rawls       }  and now comes the Defendant
                            herein and interposes his plea
        in abatement herein whereupon the Court doth
