Defendant and interposes his plea in abatement
herein Whereupon the Court doth decide that said plea
shall be sustained and that the Indictment be quashed -

} And now on this day this Cause
Came on to be heard on a motion for a new trial
and after argument had on said motion, the Court
being advised of its opinion doth decide and order
that said motion for a new trial be overruled to which
decision and ruling the Plaintiffs by their attys then
and there excepted - The Court further doth order and
decide that the Plaintiff shall have thirty days in
which to prepare their bill of exceptions -

to be heard and after argument therein the Court
doth decide and order that the Judgment in
Replevin in the Court below shall be revised
and this Cause is remanded to the Justice of the
Peace sitting therein to dismiss the Suit
