               And now this Cause coming on to
be heard and after argument therein and now
the Court doth decide and order that the peti-
tion be denied to which decision and order of
the Court the Defendant by his attorney doth
except.

And now comes the Plaintiff herein and in
open Court files his entry of appeal to
the Supreme Court in the words and figures

appeal from the Judgment and decision of the
Court in dissolving the attachment herein and
dismissing the suit to the next term of the Supreme
Court to be held at Tallahassee Florida

ders an excuse as a defaulting Juror whereupon
the Court remitted the fine heretofore imposed -
