                         And now this Cause came on
       to be heard whereupon the Court after due Con-
       sideration thereof doth decide and order that
       the Defendant be allowed to file his plea
       by the rule day in February 1888 upon the
       payment of all costs which have accrued =

       James Love     } and now this Cause is dismissed
       for want of prosecution.

       motion of the defendant the Judgment
       rendered herein is set aside and vacated
       and the defendant allowed to file Pleas by
       rule day  in January 1888

       Jno Falconer        } And now on motion is is
       ordered that John R. Wittington be made
       a party defendant in this Cause upon his
       petition filed herein

       Whereupon it is ordered Considered and
