   of the Same as having been duly executed by Summoning the
   following named four persons to wit: 1 J.S. Bell 2. T.H. Cato 3
   J.B. Coker 4 Benj Haile

   Whereupon the Grand Jury was Called and there
   Came 1 James Doig 2 Wiley Hines 3. A.G. Colclough 4 Thos
   McCredie 5 L.A. Jernigan 6. E.J. Griffin 7. F.A. Rivers
   8. J.V. Weeks 9. F.V. Seagle 10 Geo Harris 11. J.R. Faircloth
   12 John Slaughter 13 J.W. Burnett Jr. 14. S.W. Vaughn 15.
   J.S. Bell 16 T.H. Cato 17 J.B. Coker 18. Benj Haile who
   were duly empanelled as the Grand Jury of this 
   the Spring term of our Circuit Court
   Whereupon
          it being brought to the attention of the Court
   that owing to the almost unprecedented drought in
   the County that it would be to the disadvantage of the
   farming interest to Continue the holding of this term
   at this time the Court ordered that the Grand
   Jury be discharged until Monday the 25 day of
   June AD 1888 at the Hour of Eleven Oclock of
   the forenoon of said day - and that the
   Petit Jury be discharged without a day -

   Capias ordered -

   Whereupon his bond was estreated and Scire Facias
   ordered to issue to the Defendant and his Sureties
   and alias Capias ordered for Turner Gray -
