      The Court met this day pursuant to ad-
      journment His Honor J.J. Finley Judge presiding -
      
      Whereupon the Court issued the following order -
      to wit:
            It appearing to the Court that there will be
      a necessity for the petit Jury for the first week
      of the adjourned Term of this Court which met
      on the 25th day of June A.D. 1888 -
      It is therefore ordered Considered and adjudged by the
      Court that the County Judge - the Sheriff and the
      Clerk of the Circuit Court of Alachua County
      proceed in open Court to at once draw from
      the box containing the list of the names of the
