Whereupon
         The Court is opened with prayer by
the Rev. T.W. Tomkies
Whereupon
         The Grand Jury was called and there

14 S.W. Vaughn 15 J.S. Bell 16 T.H. Cato 17 J.B. Coker

Whereupon
         The Grand Jury under the order of
the Court retired to their room to Select a
Foreman.
And now
         The Grand Jury Came into open Court
and announced to the Court that they had
Selected James R. Faircloth as their Foreman
Whereupon
         The Court excused J.W. Burnett from
further attendance on this Court

Whereupon
         The following named persons were duly
Sworn and empanelled as Grand Jurors for this
the Spring Term of our Circuit Court to wit:
