              The Court having delivered his Charge
       the Grand Jury retired to their room -

              The Sheriff Samuel H. Wienges having
       returned the Venire Facias for the Petit Jury for
       this the 2nd Week of the Spring Term of this
       Court by Summoning W.C. Johnson, Wm B. Lewis, J.T.
       Richard, A.J. Weeks W.P. Maynard C.C. Worley
       G.B. Mathews, A.J. Tinsley, W.E. Richardson, S.J.
       Wright, W.K. Bartleson H.C. Parker and Robert Kite
       in person and and John Dyess and D.M. Phifer
       and that Jno M. Miller Jr. J.V. Reynolds and
       W.P. Davis were not to be found in the County =
       Whereupon
               The Court for good Cause shown excused
       W.C. Johnson from attendance on this Court
       Whereupon
               The Venire Facias for the Petit Jury
       for the 2nd Week of this term being Called
