Spring Term A.D. 1888
Tuesday June 26th 1888 -
parties Plaintiff and defendant being in open
Court by their respective attorneys and now the
issues being joined a Jury was called and
there came J.T. Richard, W.P. Maynard - D.M.
Phifer, C.C. Worley, G.B. Mathews, A.J. Tinsley
who were duly Sworn and empanelled to well
and truly try the issues joined and thereafter
after hearing the evidence the argument of
Counsel and the Charge of the Court retired
to consider of their Verdict and thereafter on
the Same day returned into open Court and
rendered the following verdict to wit: We the
Jury find the Defendant not guilty

Whereupon it is ordered Considered and
adjudged by the Court that the Defendants
is entitled to the possession of the North
West Quarter of the North West Quarter of
Section Twenty Five (25) Township Seven (7)
Range Nineteen (19) S & E Containing Thirty Nine
64/100 acres of land together with their costs
in this behalf expended taxed at
Dollars and Cents -
