                             And now on this
day this Cause came on to be heard and
the parties plaintiffs and defendants being
now in open Court by their respective attorneys
And now comes the Plaintiffs by their attorneys
and nol pros as to the following described
lands to wit: Section One and Two (1 & 2) of
Township Ten (10) Range Eighteen (18) S & E
and Section Thirty Six (36) Township Nine (9)
Range Eighteen (18) and the North East Quarter
of Section Sixteen (16) Township Ten (10) Range
Nineteen (19) - and now the issues being joined
a Jury was called and there came
W.E. Richardson, S.J. Wright, Robert Kite
H.C. Parker, John Dyess and J.T. Richard
who were duly Sworn and empanelled to
well and truly try the issue joined and there
after after hearing a part of the evidence 

Whereupon the Court adjourned until to-
morrow morning at Nine oclock
